Southeastern Ibex

Located four hours south Madrid. This subspecies mainly lives in the Sierra Nevada Mountains over looking the Mediterranean Sea. The horns curl back and have a grey and light brown cape. They rut in November and December.

Ronda Ibex

Located five hours south west Madrid. It is the smallest of the four subspecies, with horns that grow straight up. The cape is mainly light brown with patches of dark grey. They rut in November and December.

Pyrenean Chamois

Located north east of Spain in the border with France. They leave on the Pyrenean mountain range. It is a very challenging animal and his rut is in October and November

Cantabrian Chamois

Located North West of Spain. It is the smallest of the chamois subspecies in the world, which leave’s on the Cantabrian mountain range. It is a very challenging animal and his rut is in October and November

Spanish Red Deer

It is located all over Spain. This unique subspecies is different from the other red deer of the world. They have long main beams with beautiful crowns. They rut in September and beginning of October.

European Fallow Deer

Located mainly in the south of Spain where the largest trophies in the world have been taken. They have spotted capes during the rut and wide long palms. They rut at the end of September and October.

European Roe Deer

This elusive deer is located mainly in the north of Spain. It is the only deer in the world, which drops its antlers in the fall and grows them back in the spring. They rut in June and July.

European Mouflon Sheep

The only sheep in Europe and one of the most beautiful in the world, has a small body with a white spot in its back. The rut is in October and November.

European Wolf

Located in the north west of Spain. It is a very rare animal to see in the field and is hunted on bate.

European Barbary Sheep

Located mainly in the south east of Spain, one of the few countries in Europe, where this animal can be hunted free range. The rut is in October and November.

Balerian Goat

Located in the beautiful Island of Mallorca, 50 minutes flight from Madrid. It can be hunted all year around except August. It is a new species recognized by SCI and CIC.

European Wild Boar

Located all over Spain. It is a nocturnal animal hunted mainly in our traditional “Monteria” or stalking with the moon.
